Solutions

Elevate your farm with specialised solutions

Four solution families. FanPilot and TargetSoak each ship in three grades — Basic, Standard and Advanced — while LyingLogix adds vision and NutriTrack adds feed intelligence. Both can take HerdFlow, an optional head-counting add-on still in development. Configured to the climate, the building and the production target of each individual site.

Solution families

Four solution families

Two control families in three grades each, plus the vision and feed layers that sit on top. Mix them freely — they all run on the same Mini-C Plus and report into the same platform.

Climate control

FanPilot

Ventilation is the core of it, and the rest of the barn follows. FanPilot decides per zone — or per fan — from the animals actually standing in front of it, combined with temperature and humidity, so an empty pen stops being ventilated like a full one. Inlets, fogging and heaters are folded into the same strategy through add-on modules: they extend the fan system, they do not replace it.

Soaking control

TargetSoak

Soaking where the cows are. TargetSoak wets the feed line around cow presence and barn conditions — a group, a zone, or a single nozzle — and meters every litre against a fixed baseline so the saving is visible.

Lying data & heat maps

LyingLogix

Lying time, digitised. LyingLogix turns the pens into a lying-time map — occupancy, distribution and heat maps per pen, tracked through the day — and can hand FanPilot a presence signal as a secondary input.

Feed & bunk intelligence

NutriTrack

The feed alley, measured. NutriTrack records delivery, push-up, intake, refusals and bunk shape per pen group. The vision presence signal that FanPilot and TargetSoak already act on ships today; the feed analytics are in development.

Dairy
Species

Dairy

By incorporating animal position information into its core control logic, the BARNEYE system focuses on building the perfect environment exactly where it is needed. This allows dairy farms to drastically cut energy costs and overhead while elevating cow comfort to new heights. Real-time algorithms track animal behaviour and operational workflows, delivering powerful analytics that empower smarter, faster management decisions.

Swine
Species

Swine

The same closed measurement-and-control loop — vision, environment sensing and distributed actuation — applies to swine houses, where air quality, temperature stability and group behaviour directly drive feed conversion and daily gain.

Poultry

Poultry

Maintain bird comfort, air quality and consistent performance through changing conditions, with independent fan control, inlet management and continuous environmental monitoring across every house.

Controls

All grades and modules

Filter by solution family, or scan the full list. FanPilot and TargetSoak each come in Basic, Standard and Advanced; LyingLogix and NutriTrack are single capabilities. Every one of them runs on the same Mini-C Plus. HerdFlow closes the grid as an optional add-on to the two vision layers, not as a ninth grade.

FanPilot Basic

One circuit, temperature only.

Best for a barn that has to run on its own — no network.

Standalone ventilation control. Fans start, stop and change speed on temperature alone, and the operating strategy is set locally on the control panel. One controller governs one zone — the entry grade for farms that want dependable automatic ventilation without a network dependency.

FanPilot Standard

Several systems that have to run as one.

Best for fans, inlets and soaking sharing a single strategy.

Coordinated zones. Adds multiple environmental inputs — temperature, humidity, THI, light, indoor/outdoor pressure difference and water pressure — plus automatic coordination with TargetSoak, including alternating operation, so ventilation and soaking act as one system. Add-on modules bring the inlets, the fogging line and the heaters into the same strategy.

FanPilot Advanced

Per-fan precision, with AI in charge.

Best for a barn whose strategy should keep tuning itself.

Individual fan control. Independent strategies and manual commands per fan, with actual speed, frequency, current and fault readback, automatic fault notifications and remote inverter parameter settings. The typical configuration adds a DB9 to the Mini-C Plus, which frees the VFD slot — the expansion modules go in there.

TargetSoak Basic

One soaking line on a fixed cycle.

Best for a group or a zone that soaks on its own.

Standalone soaking. Scheduled cycles and group precision soaking where cows are present, triggered by cow arrival, with the strategy held on the local control panel. Individual soaking cycles are fixed at this grade.

TargetSoak Standard

Several systems that have to run as one.

Best for soaking that answers the barn, not the clock.

Coordinated zones. Multiple environmental inputs and automatic coordination with FanPilot — including alternating operation — so soaking responds to the barn climate instead of the clock alone.

TargetSoak Advanced

Per-nozzle precision, with AI in charge.

Best for a barn whose soaking should keep tuning itself.

Individual nozzle control. Independent commands and strategies for every nozzle, remote adjustment of individual soaking cycles, and per-nozzle status and operating history. Upgrading from Standard replaces the DB3 with a DB5.

LyingLogix

Stop guessing where the herd lies.

The vision layer. LyingLogix turns cameras into a cow-distribution map, so FanPilot and TargetSoak act where the animals actually are — a whole-group presence signal in the lower grades, and control inside the coverage area of each device in Advanced.

Open the system overview

NutriTrack

Adds feed data to both families.

Feed and eating intelligence. Records feed delivery and push-up events in the alley, tracks eating duration and rate, and turns the shifts into management analytics. Also supplies the cow-presence signals that FanPilot and TargetSoak can run on.

HerdFlow

Adds head counts — still in development.

Optional add-on for LyingLogix and NutriTrack: a per-pen head count from a passage camera, so lying time and feed can be divided by the cows actually in the pen. In development.
