In daily operation, at scale
From a 40,000-head LPCV barn to a 2.4 million m² desert base — here is where BARNEYE systems are running today.

Intelligent Negative Pressure Fan Control
About 40,000 cows on LPCV barns that could not hold humidity down through the hot, wet months. 50-inch fans were replaced with 84-inch high-flow units, the barn was instrumented, and the controller now sets negative pressure and airflow on its own. Air speed up to 22 % higher.

Intelligent Visual Soaking Project
Tunnel-ventilated barns in a subtropical climate, where timed spraying spent water on empty concrete and missed the cows that needed it. Cameras every 12 metres open only the valve for the zone a cow stands in: 60 % less water, 18.3 % more milk per cow.

Soaking Upgrade for Tropical High-Temp Farms
A tropical site with year-round heat, an unstable supply and no room for a rebuild. Sealed sensors, VFD-driven fans and THI logic now run the barn unmanned, with water use down more than 60 % and milk quality compliance above 99 %.

Intelligent Radar Soaking in Tropical Desert Climates
A 2.4 million m² desert base holding 24,000 cows, where every litre of spray water is desalinated. Radar plus vision across 17 barns cut spraying water by 62 % and lifted yield per cow by 19.2 %.

Every reference below was a retrofit or a greenfield build where the barn had to keep producing during the work.
Measured against a baseline
Energy and water savings are calculated against the farm’s own pre-project consumption, not against a catalogue figure.
Animal welfare first
Heat stress reduction and lying-time improvement are the leading indicators; equipment counts come second.
Four species, four climates
Temperate, subtropical, tropical and desert barns — the same platform, four different strategies.
